We are ready for the new year and the new ride!
Now that we’ve said goodbye to 2020 and recharged our batteries, we’re ready to hit the ground running. But first, we thought it might be nice to share our resolutions for 2021 with you.
Resolution 1: Grow internally and externally
As you already know, we are always on the go, finding new solutions to more efficiently set mobility in motion. In 2021, we want to add new destinations along our route across Europe. For us, that means rolling out operations in additional cities within the countries we already serve, as well as breaking into new European markets.
We also want to grow with our Surve Family. That is why we will be founding our Surve Academy this year. We believe that our success is driven by our employees – their energy, inspiration, and commitment helps us to realize our mission of making our cities more liveable. Therefore, we are devoted to creating a strong community and offering development opportunities to all of our employees. This is what our Surve Academy is all about.
Resolution 2: More Environmental & Social Sustainability
We want you to really get to know us and vice versa, so we can co-inspire and continue to revolutionize mobility. Sustainability drives our daily work at Surve. Therefore, we are amplifying our commitment to environmental and social sustainability this year by drawing everyone’s attention to topics that are really important to us as a company and really highlight what we stand for.
In addition to running 100% sustainable operations like we’ve always done, we have decided to partner with Leaders for Climate Action, which is a great community of several entrepreneurs and executives with the mission to combat the climate crisis with our own actions and to demand stronger measures from politics.
Further we are now cooperating with Treedom to further show our commitment to sustainability. Treedom allows us to offset CO2 emissions by planting trees. They employ over 90k farmers and work with thousands of companies in countries all over the world, providing a meaningful impact. #LetsGreenThePlanet

At Surve mobility, we believe that there is power in diversity. It creates a number of synergies and increases our creative potential. We love our international team and appreciate what each individual member brings to our company.
We want Surve to be a workplace where diversity is the norm and our interactions with each other reflect our core values of inclusivity. We also want to communicate these values externally so that they become the norm across all companies, not just at Surve Mobility.
Lastly, we want to introduce you to our Women at Surve this year. Equality is important to us, both in the workplace and elsewhere. We love our Surve women, who equally help us to power ahead in the industry. We are in the process of coming up with ways to celebrate our women, but we welcome you to share any thoughts you may have with us.
Resolution 3: Keep Challenging the Status Quo
Our most important resolution is to never stop learning, especially from each other. We know that the only way to make a difference and to push mobility further is if we are open to learning and growing together. We never want to stop challenging the status quo, for us, and for the entire industry. So we resolve to try our best to do all this every single day.
This year we will be launching several projects, all with the intent to challenge the status quo. One of these projects, in particular, will also truly revolutionize the world of mobility and drastically improve our operations by allowing us to decentralize charging stations. But that’s all we’re going to give away for now. To find out more, you’ll just have to stick around for the ride.
We pledge to hold ourselves accountable to these resolutions and are super excited to bring these projects to life. Having said all that, there’s really only one thing left to say...
